A Life of Blessings

I've read the weather is getting cooler in some parts of the country, but certainly not in the Sunshine State! It's HOT, HOT, HOT! Regardless of the hot weather, we're blessed to have air conditioning in our home, in our cars and everywhere we go in-between. Plus, who could ever complain about living in the Sunshine State? It's beautifully green, with some the best beaches in the U.S. and I can wear my white sandals all year round! ((smile))

Today's card is a tribute to those cooler climates and a time of year that I've always enjoyed watching God's creativity in nature.

Lisa, I love your beautiful fall card! Wish we could have some fall weather in Texas! Getting tired of hot, hotter and hottest! :) Your card makes me feel better, knowing fall is just around the corner! TFS!

Creativity for a Cause

I serve as the assistant lead on behalf of Stampin' Up! for the Ronald McDonald House in Tampa, FL. It is my responsibility to ensure all 14 guest rooms are stocked with hand-stamped greeting cards for the families to use during their stay. The RMH uses approximately 300 cards per month and I need more “manpower” to help me create them. This is where your group (Women’s ministry, group of neighbors, friends, Bible study, Mom’s group, Bunco group, etc.) comes in. I will provide pre-designed, pre-cut pieces that are ready to be stamped and assemble. I ask for a $5 donation, per person, to help off set the cost of supplies.
