Boxes & Bows

Last weekend I taught a class called "Boxes & Bows" and it was a big hit. So much, that I've decided to showcase the projects here. With Christmas just 82 days away, now is a great time to plan your packaging (I'll use these to hold homemade cookies this year!), holiday cards and gifts.  Paper crafting is not only affordable but easy.

I used the Decorative Window Gift Boxes featured in the Holiday Catalog on page 36.  The bow on this one actually hides that window providing no sneak-peak to the goodies inside.  The boxes are a deal; 6 for only $4.95!  CLICK HERE to order yours! The bow is even easier yet!  This one was created from the Pretty Presents Designer Bows pack. Another great buy; 10 bows in 2 sizes, each double sided print for only $3.95!  CLICK HERE to order yours!

I added a Vintage Faceted Button to the center of this bow and tied on a punched out ornament.  This box will only take minutes to put together but it will look like you fussed over it!

Supplies:
  • Stamp Set: Christmas Collectibles Bundle (includes the stamp set and the coordinating punch for a 15% bundle discount!) #133282 wood, #133283 clear
  • Cardstock: Gumball Green, Whisper White
  • Ink Pad: Gumball Green
  • Big Shot: Tasteful Trim Bigz XL Die #120893
  • Accessories: Vintage Faceted Button #127555, 1 1/4" Burlap Ribbon (I separated the strands) #132140, Sticky Strip, Dimensionals, Glue Dots, Paper Piercing Tool, Pierce Mat
