Make It Monday - Doily Dress Card
This week's video is a spin off from a card designed by Becky Roberts. Becky shows how to fold the doily another way creating more of a "party dress" skirt. Today's video shows you how to elongate the skirt, creating a more formal appearance. No two folded doilies will be identical.

To create a party dress skirt, fold one side of the doily almost in half, leave a little center showing. Then fold the top down into a triangle. I snipped the tip off so it didn't interfere with bodice.

Creativity for a Cause

I serve as the assistant lead on behalf of Stampin' Up! for the Ronald McDonald House in Tampa, FL. It is my responsibility to ensure all 14 guest rooms are stocked with hand-stamped greeting cards for the families to use during their stay. The RMH uses approximately 300 cards per month and I need more “manpower” to help me create them. This is where your group (Women’s ministry, group of neighbors, friends, Bible study, Mom’s group, Bunco group, etc.) comes in. I will provide pre-designed, pre-cut pieces that are ready to be stamped and assemble. I ask for a $5 donation, per person, to help off set the cost of supplies.
