I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM!

Yep, it's simple, I promise!  Here are some tips. 1) The cup cake tops were created using a punch. Punch one out, cut it about 1/2 way across leaving a little bit of a rounded edge.  2) Attach the ice scream scoops with Dimensionals to give them the layered look. 3) The cherry was punched from the Cupcake Builder punch from Red Glimmer paper and attached with a glue dot. 4) The white scallop border - easy with the Big Shot Tasteful Trim die!  5) Consider adding more texture to this card by embossing the scoops with an embossing folder and adding ribbon. I kept this card very simple because I made so many of them but you can certainly add more pizzazz with textured embossing folders.
