No Peeking!

Here's the final layout from last week's Stamp N' Scrap Class.  You can find a complete calendar of my events HERE  Here are a few tips to creating this layout.  1) I created the nose free-hand.  You can't see it in this photo but I sponged the edges of the nose and made three small lines horizontally near the center to add a little dimension.  2) The mittens were created using the 2 1/2" circle punch and the XL oval punch for the thumbs.  3) I used a dauber to add color to his cheeks 4) The "No Peeking" tag was punched out with the Decorative Label punch, twice. The first time was for the words, the second time was from Gumball Green cardstock. I cut the Gumball piece in half, horizontally and masked it behind the words.  This is a great tip when you don't have a punch in a layering size.
