Whalecome Baby!

I'm a huge fan of designer paper because it makes creating soooooo much easier! This card is a great example of that. Here I went a step further and ran the top half of through the new Cloudy Day embossing folder to give the printed clouds even more texture. Since Stampin' Up!'s designer paper is double-sided, it's easy to find a coordinating piece that has a simpler pattern...just flip it over! I added Dazzling Details to the whale eye and to the water spout to give the card a little sparkle. I also combined words to make this sentiment.

Creativity for a Cause

I serve as the assistant lead on behalf of Stampin' Up! for the Ronald McDonald House in Tampa, FL. It is my responsibility to ensure all 14 guest rooms are stocked with hand-stamped greeting cards for the families to use during their stay. The RMH uses approximately 300 cards per month and I need more “manpower” to help me create them. This is where your group (Women’s ministry, group of neighbors, friends, Bible study, Mom’s group, Bunco group, etc.) comes in. I will provide pre-designed, pre-cut pieces that are ready to be stamped and assemble. I ask for a $5 donation, per person, to help off set the cost of supplies.
