Spinners!

 This is another layout I created for my monthly Stamp N' Scrap Class.  I taught my customers how to create paper pinwheels...aka "Spinners" as the young ones call them. 

To create your own pinwheel you will need a piece of designer paper cut into a square. Here I used 3"x3". Slit each corner near, but not all the way, to the center.  Place a glue dot on one tip and fold it towards the center to adhere.  Skip a point and repeat. These are so much fun and very easy to create. They also make a great project for the kids this summer.  The center of the pinwheel has been covered with a small, punched circle and a brad. The brad acts as reinforcement to keep everything today.  If you'd like to make your pinwheels into a 3D project you can staple, tape or hot glue a plastic straw or skewer to the back.
