Holiday Note Card Holder

I used two (2), medium Whisper White envelopes to create this two-pocket note card holder.  The ribbon is tucked under the image mounted on the front so that it slides from left to right, making it easier to tie it shut.  I used 16" of White Organza ribbon.
Insert the flap of one envelope into the open envelope of the other. Don't like the flaps, that makes it a lot more difficult to get them connected.  I used a little SNAIL Adhesive on the gum-edge.  One flap will be visable from the back so I covered the back with a piece of Smoky Slate cardstock.
The pockets can't stay empty!  Although, on it's own, the holder would be a great Christmas gift card holder or a unique Christmas card - place your family newsletter in one pocket and a family photo in the other.  For this sample I created 3"x3" note cards to coordinate. I also used the Envelope Punch Board to make the envelopes.
