A Lisa Original!

Yep, it does happen...I do create an original project and this is one of them.  Notice the cross-hatch pattern on the embossing folder? Here are today's tips: 1) To create the cross-hatch pattern, place your cardstock on the embossing fold in a diamond shape-position. Emboss. Open it up and turn it so that you are now creating another set of stripes in an opposite direction, but also in a diamond shape-position.  2) I sponged the embossed stripes with two different colors. 3) I used the Core'dinations cardstock to die cut the leaf then sanded it with the new Sanding System.  See my post from Tuesday (8/28 for details about Core'dinations) 4) The cotton ribbon is just not threaded, it's glue dotted on the top of the button. I love short cuts!

Supplies:
Stamp Set: Itty Bitty Banners (pg. 134)
Cardstock: More Mustard, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, Core'dinations
