Retriform

I've been playing around with different techniques for my "Make It Monday" videos. This technique is called "Retriform" or commonly known as the "Grid Technique". I'll be sharing the "how to's" in an upcoming "Make It Monday" video soon.

I was pleasantly surprised at how the Smoky Slate and the Soft Sky inks worked so well together in this technique. I chose the "Hello Lovely" stamp set for this card. I have several other cards using this technique so don't forget to check back with me.

Creativity for a Cause

I serve as the assistant lead on behalf of Stampin' Up! for the Ronald McDonald House in Tampa, FL. It is my responsibility to ensure all 14 guest rooms are stocked with hand-stamped greeting cards for the families to use during their stay. The RMH uses approximately 300 cards per month and I need more “manpower” to help me create them. This is where your group (Women’s ministry, group of neighbors, friends, Bible study, Mom’s group, Bunco group, etc.) comes in. I will provide pre-designed, pre-cut pieces that are ready to be stamped and assemble. I ask for a $5 donation, per person, to help off set the cost of supplies.
